I'm ready to rent a private mailbox! What information do I need to bring with me?
​
The requirements to rent a private mailbox are stipulated by the US Postal Service. Anyone over the age of 18 that will receive mail will need to submit two forms of current identification, one of which must be a photo ID. Applicants will also need to complete and submit all required paperwork. Additional information on acceptable forms of identification and required paperwork can be found here.

Do all carriers deliver to Mail and More?

YES! Since we utilize a street address, all common carriers deliver here. Private couriers and freight can be delivered here as well.

Does Amazon deliver to Mail and More?
​
Yes and no. Let's cover the "no" part first! Amazon does not use its own dedicated fleet to deliver to Dolan Springs...so you won't see any Amazon vans out here! Now to the "yes" part. Instead of sending an Amazon van out, Amazon utilizes the US Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, private couriers, and at times, freight companies to deliver to our community. So anything you order on Amazon will indeed make it to Mail and More. Shop away!

Can I get tires or appliances or other large items delivered?
​
Big or small, we accept it all! Freight deliveries should be limited to whatever you are able to load yourself--we do not have a forklift on site.

What about medication or food packages that require refrigeration?
​
We do have refrigerated storage! However, space is limited, so priority is given to medication. It's always best to be prepared to pickup food packages on the same day as they are delivered. If we do not have room in our refrigerator for your food, we will call you and let you know.

My packages need to be signed for, do you do that?
​
Yes! If any package needs to be signed for, we sign for it!

Can my friend/family member/co-worker receive mail using my private mailbox? What if they receive mail addressed "c/o" (in care of)? How about "General Delivery"?
​
We do not accept mail addressed "c/o" (in care of). Nor do we accept "General Delivery" mail/packages. Any person that is to receive mail using your private mailbox MUST reside at the same physical address as you, have submitted two forms of identification, submitted completed paperwork, and paid the applicable filing fee. Per US Postal Service DMM regulation 508.1.8.4.e: "If the CMRA has no Form 1583 on file for the intended addressee, the CMRA must return that mail to the Post Office responsible for delivery with this endorsement: “Undeliverable, Commercial Mail Receiving Agency, No Authorization to Receive Mail for this Addressee.” The CMRA must return misdelivered mail the next business day after receipt."

What is Parcel Tracker?
​​
Parcel Tracker is software that we use to scan in each package that is received. If you provided us an e-mail address during account setup, Parcel Tracker will notify you of any packages checked in under your account. It will also show you a picture of the label and save the tracking number. This helps our customers not waste a trip into town to check for packages!!

Do you sell stamps? Do you offer shipping?
​​
We do! We carry single stamps, books, and rolls. We offer shipping options for the US Postal Service and UPS. Our rates are the same!!

I travel often or only live here seasonally, do you offer mail forwarding?
​
We sure do! We can either package up your mail and send it you on a set schedule while you are away or we can keep it here until you return. We do not return excess mail while customers are away.
​
What payment types do you accept?
​
We accept cash, debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB, Apple Pay, Google Pay, CashApp, and AfterPay. All debit/credit card transactions are processed safely and securely via Square. Private mailbox rental customers have the additional option of paying box rental fees via check (returned check fees apply.)
